How to use HCC to collect Solidfire cluster logs

Applies to

  • Element Management Node (mNode) 11.3 and above
  • Hybrid Cloud Control (HCC)

Description

  • Versions 11.3, 11.5, 11.7, and 11.8 utilize the swagger UI at https://<mnode_ip>/mnode
  • Versions 12.0 and above use a log collection UI utility within HCC at https://<mnode_ip>/hcc
  • Collecting logs from these mNodes can be accomplished via a version-appropriate UI method or by locating and gathering the individual log files on the mNode
