Description
This article describes how to troubleshoot "Cluster not reporting"
- Alert in the NetApp SolidFire Active IQ dashboard:
Cluster not reporting: 3x minutes
- AutoSupport alert code:
Cluster has not reported to Active IQ in over 30 minutes
The alert is generated when the information is not sent from management to ActiveIQ server ( monitoring.solidfire.com ) more than 30 minutes. Which triggered by various causes as below.
- mNode reinstallation/upgrade
- Transient network issues
- Firewall rules changes on the network
- DNS is not resolving hostnames
- Outage
- Proxy settings outdated
- Maintenance task
- Cluster password has been changed
- Cluster is archived in AIQ
- An issue on AIQ side
- Cluster has ownership issue
