Issue

  • One or more drives reporting as Failed-Unsupported on the cluster:

  • EMS Messages examples:

scsi.cmd.checkCondition:error Disk device 0a.00.5: Check Condition: CDB 0x1b: Sense Data SCSI:aborted command -  (0xb - 0x44 0x0 0x3c)(0). 
scsi.cmd.noMorePaths:error Disk device 0b.00.5: No more paths to device: cdb 0x1b. All retries have failed.
disk.init.err.unsupported:error Disk 0a.00.5 is not recognized as a supported disk and cannot be used on this node.
