  • EMS Messages such as the below can be observed on the system:

Sun Nov 22 12:07:42 +0100 [node-01: scsi_cmdblk_strthr_admin: scsi.cmd.pastTimeToLive:error]: Disk device 0a.07.0: request failed after try #1: cdb 0x12. 
Sun Nov 22 12:07:42 +0100 [node-01: scsi_cmdblk_strthr_admin: disk.init.err.unsupported:error]: Disk 0b.07.0 is not recognized as a supported disk and cannot be used on this node.
