Disk detected in sysconfig-a but FAILED in sysconfig-r after replacement

Issue

  • Disk failed and replaced. Listed in sysconfig -a output. Example:     

3.14: NETAPP   X318_HARHE08TA07 NA00 7486.1GB 520B/sect (VKJ1M9PX)

  • The replaced disk is listed as spare and not replaced in the RAID group. Example:
