DS460 Drawer Critical/Critical state and offline aggregates on FAS8300

Issue

  • A FAS8300 system reported a hardware fault where Drawer 1 on shelf 1.10 entered a critical/critical state
  • All 12 disks in the drawer showed as unknown container types
  • Aggregates aggr0_n1 and aggr1_n1 on node node-01 were offline
