DS4246 disk shelf status non-critical condition

Issue

Both the HA nodes are indicating non-critical condition for DS4246 disk shelf.

  1. EMS log indicates Power supply 3: normal status for non-existing PSU.
  2. ENVIRONMENT STATUS indicates _NO_PSN_PRESENT_ for non-existing PSU.
  3. STORAGE SHOW FAULT indicates OK status for non-existing PSU.
  4. ENVIRONMENT STATUS shows number for empty shelf bay 16.
  5. STORAGE SHOW FAULT indicates NONCRITICAL status for empty shelf bay 16.
