CFLOADER-287: In FAS2820 diag test, the Fan Test item is displayed only on NodeA

Issue

・In the diag test (Test System), only the MB inserted on the SLOT-A side of the chassis displays the Fan Test item.
・The MB inserted on the SLOT-B side of the chassis does not display the Fan Test item.

・Swapped the MBs between SLOT-A and SLOT-B (Inserted the MB from SLOT-A into SLOT-B and inserted the MB from SLOT-B into SLOT-A).
・Stopped the LOADER on the MB on the SLOT-A side and switched to diag menu (2) Test System) only on the MB on the SLOT-B side.
