CFLOADER-1232: BMC version displayed from LOADER is incorrect on AFF A320

Issue

On AFF A320 storage systems, when the user uses the "sp status" command in the LOADER to display BMC information, the BMC version does not match the actual BMC version.
For example:
BMC> bmc status
Firmware Version:     12.4
LOADER> sp status
Firmware Version:   12.0
