This article describes how to access NetApp Software Downloads.

Customers can only download software purchased by their company. If the purchased software cannot be downloaded on the NetApp Support Site, submit a non-technical case.
Resellers can download the software purchased by their customers or software authorized by their channel partner team. If the reseller account is not able to download the software, submit a non-technical case.
