Contact brokers/expediters to assist with the customs clearance process. Contact NetApp for any information (paperwork / invoice) if needed. 

Additional Information

Parts may get stuck in customs due to: 

  1. Lack of certificate of origin 

  1. Weight recording 

  1. Incorrect labelling 

  1. Part number details missing 

  1. Inadequate paperwork  

  1. Incorrect packing in regulation to the terms of the shipped Country
