Applies to

  • OnCommand Unified Manager 7.2 or later
  • Active IQ Unified Manager
  • OnCommand System Manager
  • Active IQ
  • ONTAP 9
  • qos statistics commands
  • statistics node show command

Issue

  • Some nodes may display zeros (0) for latency or zero IOPs when viewing the node page in Active IQ Unified Manager or Active IQ on node tab
  • A node is not sending or receiving traffic on any of the available physical interfaces so there are 0 IOPS displayed for the node in Unified Manager
  • statistics node show has 0 Ops, Bytes, or latency for a node
  • qos statistics commands filtered with -node show blank

Example: node02 has 0 IOPS due to no data LIF on that node

Cluster1::> statistics node show -iterations 5

Cluster1 : 12/8/2021 13:55:58

node02 31 0 0 0

Cluster1::> qos statistics volume latency show -node node02
