Issue
If Active Directory (AD) is misconfigured, authentication might fail with one of the following error messages:
Unknown authentication server error
Authentication Failed
When testing Active Directory (AD) remote authentication, it takes a long time to complete or fails with one of the following error messages:
Unknown authentication server error
500 Internal Server Error
The GUI/WebUI/Web UI may appear extremely slow
If the configured "Administrator Name" has an expired password, authentication might fail with one of the following error messages:
Unknown authentication server error
Authentication Failed
