Issue

Volumes that are being served from newly added nodes are not reachable from the hosts.

e.g. on Linux, iscsiadm responds with: iscsiadm: cannot make connection to <iSCSI-LIF-IP-ADDRESS>: No route to host five times,
and concludes with:

iscsiadm: connection login retries (reopen_max) 5 exceeded
iscsiadm: Could not perform SendTargets discovery: iSCSI PDU timed out
