SCF fails to trigger a SnapVault update via OCPM

Issue

  • SnapVault updates initiated by SCF fails because OCPM reports that the Volume IDs inside the OCPM Database do not match the volume objects on the destination SVM volumes.
  • The error in SCF backup log is:
Creating Protection Manager driven backup of dataset on storage controller failed with error [netapp.manage.NaAPIFailedException: Volume is not valid for the specified backup. (errno=13001)].
