Issue

  • Block sync job does not progress under Running Tasks in the NetApp Element cluster UI
  • Task is displayed with 00:00:00 Remaining Time and an ongoing Elapsed Time
  • NetApp SolidFire Active IQ reports the following unresponsiveService errors within a minute:
    • A master service is not responding
    • A bulk volume service is not responding
