HCC storage upgrade health check fails

Issue

Storage health check that is run from HCC using the configured fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the mNode doesn't start and fails with below error immediately:

An error occurred that prevented the health check from running. If the problem persists, contact your technical support engineer.
