Issue

  • Error on HCC upgrade page - both in Storage / Compute Firmware tabs:
    This content couldn't be loaded. Refresh the page to try again. If the problem persists, contact your technical support engineer.
  • The 'Compute Firmware' tab can a long time to appear or is not appearing at all
  • In the right upper corner there is also a cloud icon marked as "Offline"

  • Cluster not reporting into NetApp SolidFire Active IQ
