Issue

 

  • Trying to add more disks fails with max disk capacity error:
    • Example in MetroCluster environment:
      ::>storage disk assign -disk 10.41.11 -pool 0 -owner C1-node1
      Disk assignment completed with the following warnings: Reason: Max disk count exceeded in the MetroCluster configuration.
    • Example from Non MetroCluster environment:
      ::*> disk assign -disk 11.22.33 -pool 0 -owner node1
      Error: Failed to assign disks. Reason: Max disk count exceeded. Number of disks with errors: 1.
