BMC firmware update fails with openssl error

Issue

Attempting to update firmware on a BMC directly using an HTTPS server produces the following error.

BMC cluster1-01> bmc update https://10.10.10.10/BMC_FW_308-04071_11.7.tar.gz
Downloading package...wget: can't execute 'openssl': No such file or directory
wget: error getting response: Connection reset by peer
