  • The following alerts are reported regarding broken chassis Power Supply (PSU):
    CHASSIS POWER SUPPLY NEED TO BE REPLACED: PS 2) WARNING
  • EMS log file:
    [env_mgr: monitor.chassisPowerSupply.degraded:notice]: Chassis power supply 2 is degraded: PSU2 Power Output has failed
    [env_mgr: callhome.chassis.ps.replace:error]: Call home for CHASSIS POWER SUPPLY NEED TO BE REPLACED: PS 2
  • SP latest event log file:
    Record 305:  [Agent.notice]: 561.610: 14 : Attention LED (at Midplane) asserted
    Record 306:  [Agent.notice]: 141.633: 14 : Attention LED (at Midplane) de-asserted
    Record 308:  [Agent.notice]: 538.865: 4 : AC Power Loss Signal PSU2 de-asserted
