Drive-protection-enabled shows false while all SED drives have AK

Issue

Although all disks are locket with data key we see the following:
 
::> aggr show -fields drive-protection-enabled,encrypt-with-aggr-key
aggregate        encrypt-with-aggr-key drive-protection-enabled

node1_aggr2 false                 true
node2_aggr1 false                 false
node2_aggr2 false                 true
 
In System Manager we do see Local Tier Encryption 50%
