Downloading ONTAP image fails with "The file downloaded is too large" or "Error: Transferred a partial file"

Issue
- Attempting to install ONTAP through option 7 at the boot menu may result in an error similar to the following.
The file downloaded is too large. Please verify that it is a valid
Data ONTAP image. If the problem persists, try setting
bootarg.install.ramdisksize (currently ####M) to a higher value,
or contact Customer Support.
- Attempting to install ONTAP via the "system node image update" command may result in an error similar to the following.

Install Failed.
