Issue

  • Customer requested the recommended procedure to safely power down both nodes of a NetApp ASA-A250 cluster prior to relocating the system. 
  • Uncertainty existed regarding whether to use the system power off command or to physically unplug the device after reaching the LOADER> prompt.
