Description

  • Host loses all paths during an ONTAP upgrade or node takeover/giveback
  • VMWare hosts may show All Paths Down (APD) or Permanent Device Loss (PDL)
  • Windows hosts may blue screen and reboot
  • RHEL hosts may go into read only status
