Multiple LIFs down alerts in the system

Issue
- Ems logs show multiple LIFs down errors on ports e2a, e2b, e2c, e2d.
ERROR netif.linkErrors: Excessive link errors on network interface e2c. Might indicate a bad cable, switch port, or NIC, or that a cable connector is not fully inserted in a socket. On a 10/100 port, might indicate a duplex mismatch.
ALERT vifmgr.cluscheck.hwerrors: Port e2d on node Node06 is reporting a high number (at least 1 per 1000 packets) of observed hardware errors (CRC,length, alignment, dropped).

On a 10/100 port, might indicate a duplex mismatch. - Changing the SFPs on two ports of node and switch side but the issue remains the same.
- Tested using a known good cable but issue persisted.
