Issue

  • Network monitoring tool reports intermittent ping loss to BMC IP addresses
  • Management IP remains reachable during the same time window
  • Ping loss duration approximately one minute
  • Event occurs on both nodes at nearly the same time
  • No related errors found in AutoSupport (ASUP) logs or EMS
  • No SP heartbeat or BMC reboot events recorded
