Description

This article explains how to collect shelf logs for ONTAP systems when requested by NetApp Support.

Note: Command environment shelf_log sends the current shelf log messages to /etc/log/shelflog and is included as an attachment on AutoSupports. It is rotated with the weekly log rotations.
