Issue

  • Disk is bypassed and goes missing from SYSCONFIG -A output.
  • EMS error example:

Mon Nov 23 14:43:22 CET [node1: dsa_worker4: ds.sas.hostphy.disableErr:critical]: [  7 ] on channels 0b shelf id 22 IOM B Disabled due to excessive invalid dword error.

  • SAS-EXPANDER-PHY-STATE, drive reports Disabled/[reason]. Example:
