Risk Summary

The controller's Service Processor (SP) firmware has been updated. However, Active IQ wellness monitoring indicated your SP's internal Ethernet switch requires manual intervention to complete the update process.

  • Some NetApp controller families utilize an internal Ethernet switch that might need to be manually updated after the SP firmware has been updated.

How is the risk validated?

Log into the SP and run the following command to validate

Run  sp status -d  and search for  these logs:
