ONTAP is reporting communication errors with the SP/BMC related to the API Service.

May lead to:

  • SP/BMC commands failing
  • ANDU validation, "Shelves and Sensors" will fail when ANDU tries to check the SP/BMC status
  • Automated or Manual SP/BMC firmware fails to update
