Issue

ActiveIQ Upgrade Advisor warning message during the ONTAP pre-upgrade check:

This system has DS460C shelves with IOM12 or IOM12B modules installed. Upgrading the firmware to a version less than 0311 or 0141 makes the system vulnerable to Bug 1586913.
