Issue
- Ethernet switch health monitor (CSHM) reports an unknown serial number and log collection is stuck
- Either or both types of log collection are stuck for 1 or more switches:
::*> system switch ethernet log show -instance -device switch1

Periodic Log Status: Periodic log collection has been scheduled to run every hour.
Support Log Requested: true
Support Log Status: Waiting for the next Ethernet switch polling cycle to begin support collection.- An "unknown" (lowercase u) serial number is presented in the output of the "system switch ethernet show" command
