Issue

ONTAP cluster node reboots unexpectedly after performing storage failover giveback, following partner PCM replacement with the following message:

aggr aggr1_node1: raid volfsm, fatal multi-disk error.. Raid type - raid_dp Group name plex0/rg0 state NORMAL. 4 disks failed in the group. Disk 0a.00.1P1 Shelf 0 Bay 1 [NETAPP X357_SLNGE3T8ATE NA54] S/N [XXXXXXXXXXXXX] UID error: disk does not exist. Disk 0a.00.2P1 Shelf 0 Bay 2 [NETAPP X357_SLNGE3T8ATE NA54] S/N [XXXXXXXXXXXXX] UID error: disk does not exist. Disk 0a.00.3P1 Shelf 0 Bay 3 [NETAPP X357_SLNGE3T8ATE NA54] S/N [XXXXXXXXXXXXX] UID error: disk does not exist.
