CFBMC-5907: BMC flaps Wrench Port and records corresponding SEL logs

Issue

  • The BMC on AFF A800, AFF C800, ASA A800 and ASA C800 systems flaps its Ethernet port (Wrench_Port) to a disabled and enabled state once every 90 minutes and records these events in its system event log (SEL).
  • Sample SEL logs are copied below:
    [IPMI.notice]: 06e0 | 02 | EVT: 0900ffff | Wrench_Port_Up | Assertion Event, "Device Disabled"
    [IPMI.notice]: 06e1 | 02 | EVT: 0901ffff | Wrench_Port_Up | Assertion Event, "Device Enabled"
