  • Customer upgraded the Qlogic QLE2562 HBA firmware from to 8.02.00 to 08.08.01
    • using the Dell Qlogic Firmware DUP’s voor Qlogic 25XX Fibre Channel serie adapters version 09.01.02, A00-00
  • After the upgrade the redundant paths to the E-Series E2760 CFW: 08.30.50.01 was lost
