Issue
- StorageGRID reports a
STGLOW
AutoSupport incident and has a capacity issue with one or more StorageGRID nodes. - If AutoSupport is enabled, an automatic case may be opened with subject
STGLOW:StorageGRID Notification (INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE) ERROR
- Starting in 11.8, the following subject lines are reported instead:
StorageGRID Notification from xxxx (STORAGE_LOW_OBJECT_DATA_STORAGE) ERROR
StorageGRID Notification from xxxx (STORAGE_LOW_AUDIT_LOG_CAPACITY) ERROR
StorageGRID Notification from xxxx (STORAGE_LOW_METRICS_DISK_CAPACITY) ERROR
StorageGRID Notification from xxxx (STORAGE_LOW_ROOT_DISK_CAPACITY) ERROR

alert does not automatically generate a support case. Instead, an email notification is sent to the default system contact who then will have the option to automatically open a support case using the support site case dashboard within a 24 hours period.
