Event Summary
StorageGRID Grid Manager reports the following alert: Appliance DAS drive fault detected – A problem was detected with a direct-attached storage (DAS) drive in the appliance.
Validate
Login to the StorageGRID Grid Manager, and confirm the "Appliance DAS drive fault detected" is present under Alerts section.
Resolution
- Ensure the drive is correctly installed and connected. Refer to the installation instructions for your appliance.
- If necessary, replace the drive. Please engage NetApp Technical Support for further assistance.
