StorageGRID appliance detects Node network connectivity error due to dropped packets

Issue

  • Node network connectivity error alert is detected in ALERTS > Current due to node connectivity error

  • Run diagnostics detects the node as Attention status in TCP retransmission rate

  • Command ifconfig indicates multiple ports on this node detect many dropped packets

Example:
