Description
Register for NetApp Support Site account as a Customer user
Procedure
Individuals who are new to the NetApp Support Site (NSS) and have not yet registered, and their company is a NetApp Customer, should follow these steps:

Visit NetApp Support Site and click on Create Account.
- Enter the business email address and validate the captcha. Read and check the NetApp Privacy Policy box and click Submit.
- OTP will be sent to the given email address for authentication. Enter the OTP and click Continue.
Below is the sample email for reference:
- Select Customer option.

Fill all the mandatory details in Contact Information section.
- Once the details are filled in, click on the checkbox to authorize NetApp and it's partners to use the details entered and click on Register.
- The final screen states that the account would be active in 1 business day.
