Description

Register for NetApp Support Site (NSS) account as a Customer user

Procedure

Existing NetApp customers who haven’t registered yet for a NSS account  should follow these steps:

  1.  Visit NetApp Support Site and click on Create Account​​​​​​.

  1. Enter the business email address
  2. Validate the captcha
  3. Read and check the NetApp Privacy Policy box
  4. Click Submit.

  1. Copy the OTP  sent to the given email address

  1. Enter the OTP and click Continue.

  1. Select Customer option.

  1. Fill all the mandatory details in Contact Information section.

  1. Click on the checkbox to authorize NetApp and its partners to use the details entered
  2. Click on Register.

  1. The account will be active in 1 business day.
