How to register for NetApp Support Site account as a Customer user

Description
Register for NetApp Support Site (NSS) account as a Customer user
Procedure
Existing NetApp customers who haven’t registered yet for a NSS account should follow these steps:

Visit NetApp Support Site and click on Create Account.

- Enter the business email address
- Validate the captcha
- Read and check the NetApp Privacy Policy box
- Click Submit.

- Copy the OTP sent to the given email address

- Enter the OTP and click Continue.

- Select Customer option.

Fill all the mandatory details in Contact Information section.

- Click on the checkbox to authorize NetApp and its partners to use the details entered
- Click on Register.

- The account will be active in 1 business day.
