How to Register for a NetApp Support Site (NSS) Account as a Reseller or Partner

Description

Register for NetApp Support Site account as a Reseller or Partner user 

Procedure

Individuals who are new to the NetApp Support Site (NSS) and have not yet registered for an account, and are from the  NetApp partner company, should follow these steps:

  1.  Visit NetApp Support Site and click on Create Account​​​​​​.

  1. Enter the business email address and validate the captcha details. Read and check the NetApp Privacy Policy box and click Submit.

  1. OTP will be sent to the given email address for authentication.  Screenshot of the sample email shown below:

  1. Enter the OTP and click Continue.

  1. Select Partner option.

  1. Fill all the mandatory details in Contact Information section.

  1. Once the details are filled in, click on the checkbox to authorize NetApp and it's partners to use the details entered and click on Proceed.

  1. Second sign-in is required for partner user registrations. Wait for few seconds and you will be prompted to provide the OTP again.  Repeat the procedure in Step 4.
  2. Registration form will load with pre-populated information.  Filling all mandatory details which are not pre-filled. Click NEXT.

  1. Select your company with the drop down list which is pre-populated based on your email domain. Check the Office Address and click on Change Office Location if required to change. If your office location is not available, click on Add New Office Location and add the new address. Then, click on Next.

  1. If you do not wish to receive any of the subscription emails, uncheck the boxes next the type of subscription and click on Submit.

  1. The final screen confirms that the account is created and would be active in 1 business day.
