Description
Register for NetApp Support Site account as a Guest user
Procedure
Individuals who are new to the NetApp Support Site (NSS) and have not yet registered, and who are neither customers nor partners, should follow these steps:

Visit NetApp Support Site and click on Create Account.

- Enter the business email address and validate the captcha details. Read and check the NetApp Privacy Policy box and click Submit.

- OTP will be sent to the given email address for authentication. Enter the OTP and click Continue.

Below is the sample email for reference:

- Select Guest option.

Fill all the mandatory details in Contact Information section.

- Click on the checkbox to authorize NetApp and it's partners to use the details entered and click on Register.

- The final screen stating the account would be active in one business day is displayed.
