Description

Register for NetApp Support Site account as a Guest user

Procedure

 

Individuals who are new to the NetApp Support Site (NSS) and have not yet registered, and who are neither customers nor partners, should follow these steps:

  1.  Visit NetApp Support Site and click on Create Account​​​​​​.

  1. Enter the business email address and validate the captcha details. Read and check the NetApp Privacy Policy box and click Submit.

  1. OTP will be sent to the given email address for authentication. Enter the OTP and click Continue.

  1. Select Guest option.

  1. Fill all the mandatory details in Contact Information section.

  1. Click on the checkbox to authorize NetApp and it's partners to use the details entered and click on Register.

  1. The final screen stating the account would be active in one business day is displayed.
