How do I replace a missing product return label?

Missing product labels can be obtained at UPS Returns On The Web typically 24 hours after or later after the PREQ was delivered.

  1. Enter NetApp PREQ reference number and country (PREQ# 8XXXXX)

Note: After entering the PREQ number, if the website says Invalid PREQ#/Country, then please try again after 24 hrs. It can take up to 24 - 48 hours for the PREQ number to get updated on the website.

  1. Confirm collection address.
  2. Enter email address and contact name. AWB will now appear on screen.
  3. Print and attach AWB to box.

Note: UPS Drop-off locations are not available in Europe. Please contact UPS for collection on the telephone number provided in the AWB and quote NetApp account number ”167-389”.


Contact NetApp and the CSR Team will provide a new label. Have your NetApp RMA/ PREQ # ie. 8000xxxxxx available.
