Issue

  • A node reports offline in the Element Web UI and attempts to reach it by ping time out
  • Node BMC is accessible.
    • The TUI screen is showing via the console IPMI, but the console is unresponsive
  • The IPMI event log could shows the following record:
    •  (From the IPMI webpage, Server Health->Health Event Log):
