NetApp H610S has NETWORK_FIRMWARE_VERSION mismatch alert after node downgrade or RMA replacement

Issue

After downgrading (usually while adding a new node to a cluster or for an RMA replacement) H610S node generate alerts which states that the current NIC firmware is higher than expected and supported for this version of Element as below;

NETWORK_FIRMWARE_VERSION_ETH0 should be == 14.20.1010 (MT_2420110034) but is 14.22.1002 (MT_2420110034)
NETWORK_FIRMWARE_VERSION_ETH1 should be == 14.20.1010 (MT_2420110034) but is 14.22.1002 (MT_2420110034)
