Management node is not posting metrics to Active IQ

Issue

  • NetApp SolidFire Active IQ does not show cluster metrics
  • mnode_hci-monitor.log file shows the following proxy-related error:

sf.mon.monitor_exception.NMAMonitorException: Failed to get directives from AIQ. [HTTPSConnectionPool(host='monitoring.solidfire.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /vmware/445978f2-f924-40c1-aacf-4c5fd8fb6682/directives (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required',)))]
