rst command fails with "Connection closed by remote host" when proxy server is configured

Issue

  • rst command fails as below.

Example :

SF-DA15 ~ # rst -r sfsupport.solidfire.com -u element -p 50662
2020/08/28 05:37:06 socat[15880] E PROXY: 3 parameters required
kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

  • AIQ reporting is working normally.
  • TCP session is not opened to proxy server with rst command.
