Description

  • This article describes the procedure to update storage cluster admin password for monitoring services on the mNode 11.3 or later releases
  • This procedure is required after changing the storage admin password on the cluster, as the cluster will stop reporting to Active IQ without the proper credentials
  • If the authentication issue is present, the container log for the collector (mnode-aiq-collector, as collected via Swagger or HCC) will show:

Nov 29 2019 12:18:33.950 ERROR Error parsing result for GetClusterVersionInfo : No JSON object could be decoded
Received: http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/loose.dtd"> 401 Unauthorized.
