Issue

  • Brocade switch suddenly turned off and does not power on.
  • Below steps need to be tried to isolate the issue further-
    • Check if power cords are tightly plugged in, on switch end and on power source.
    • Try connecting the power cord to a different power source.
    • Try powercycling the switch.
  • If issue persists, contact NetApp Technical Support and proceed to the solution.
