Issue

  • This example is from an AltaVault AVA400

Note: Disk drive model number will vary between an AVA400 (the above example) and AVA800

  • When a disk fails, the Shelf serial number, slot, disk model, firmware, and disk serial number are part of the message
  • These examples are associated with: 
    • Shelf serial number SHJGD1629000111
    • Slot 0
    • Model NETAPP X320_SMEGX04TA07
    • Firmware NA00
    • Disk Serial Number Z1ZASC3P
